Ripple wallet addresses and destination tags created on Bitexen Global accounts will not be supported by Bitexen Global after 14:00 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023 and you will not be able to screen these wallets on your account.

For your XRP deposits after the mentioned date, please make sure;
  1. Not to use old XRP addresses and destination tags that you may have saved elsewhere
  2. To create and use a new XRP wallet address and a destination tag

XRP trading will not be affected.
