Users accept and declare that Bitexen Europe UAB is held harmless from direct or indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, loss of reputation, loss of expected savings, interruption of transactions and all kinds of material, moral and financial damages and liabilities that may arise as a result of compensation of a third party, damages and claims, including court and other expenses in case that they don’t use new wallet addresses by mentioned dates for deposits to their Bitexen Global accounts.
